Our organization offers CISR (Client Immediate Skills Requirement) programs as cost effective interventions whereby candidates can be trained on site in both theoretical and practical applications.
This is conducted for clients who have existing staff who require coalface training to effect improvements in production efficiencies, targets and the reduction of machine breakages or line stoppage.
